Admission And Eligibility:
The candidates having Matriculate or equivalent educational qualification are eligible to apply for admission in the Bedwear Institute.
Applicants who fulfill the requirement of eligibility are allowed to apply on the prescribed Application Form obtainable from the Institute. The applications are welcomed regardless of any sex, class or nationality. The prospective candidates would be interviewed and tested in accordance with the preserved standards of the Institute. The Selection Committee reserves its right to accept or reject any application without specifying any reason.

. RULES AND REGULATIONS
These rules & regulations will have retrospective effect and will apply to all the students studying in the Pakistan Bedwear
Designing & Training Institute irrespective of the year of admission.
1) Students are not allowed to come late and enter in the Institute/class after 9:30 a.m.
2) Monthly fee must be paid by 12
th of every month. A fine of Rs.100/= per day will be charged in case of late payment.
3) No students will be eligible to appear in the Semester Examination if his/her total attendance falls short of 80% of the
total classes.
4) No official transcripts, security deposit or official transfer certificate will be issued to a student who withdraws from the
institute unofficially.
5) Students are not allowed to stay in the institute after completion the classes.
6) Smoking is strictly prohibited within premises of the institute.
7) Outsiders/passing out students are not allowed to enter in the classrooms.
8) Mobile Phones are strictly not allowed in the classrooms.
9) Students are not allowed in the classroom without Identity cards and all the students are advised to take care of their I.D
cards attentively. In case of lost or stolen, the Duplicate Identity card would only be issued on production of specific
evidence of its missing or stolen and subject to a penalty of Rs 500/=
10) No Picnic, Parties or other functions such as Birthdays, Parties etc. will be celebrated in the Institute compound without
prior approval.
11) No posters, banners, hand bills, Pamphlets will be displayed or distributed in the Institute.
12) No student Association /Body/Society will exist or function in the Institute without permission of Principal.
13) Fee (Registration or Monthly) once paid is not refundable.
14) The Institute does not take responsibility for the safe custody of the personal property of students.
15) Cheating, Plagiarism or misbehaving is not acceptable at any cost. Any student found Involved this, will be terminated
and no excuse would be acceptable by the Management of the Institute.
16) It is the duty of the student to attend regularly every lecture, studio sessions and examination with punctuality of time.
17) Silence will be observed at all times in class.
18) Student’s work is the property of the Institute and Institute reserves the right to photograph, publish, display or retain
work done by students.
19) The management of the Institute reserves its right to initiate severe action against those students who are found
involved in Subversive activities within or around the Institute and are liable to be expelled from the Institute without
assigning any reason.
20) Student will pay for any damage or loss they may cause the Institute Property.
21) Students are not permitted to leave the institute during working hours. In an emergency situation an application should
be made to the Principal.
22) A student who absents him/herself from the Institute for 01 week continuously without any intimation will render
him/herself liable to be removed from the Institute without notice.
23) If Student left the institute without completing their course, no Certificate, Letter or mark Sheet will be issued.
24) Students have to pay Rs.1500/- against Certificate Charges of Short Courses and Diploma on the time of receiving the
Certificate.
25) The Bedwear Institute reserves its right to make at any time and without prior notice, the additions and omissions in the
programs Admission/ tuition fee and rules and regulations etc. in accordance with unavoidable circumstances and
prevailing policy of the Institute.
26) Registration/ Examination fee of Sindh Board of Technical Education will be included in Diploma Program.
27) Attendance Percentage below 80% will not be considered.
NOTE: The Institute’s management reserves the right to expel any student found to be contravening these rules and
regulations.
